Founder and Executive Director, Gaylon Logan, Jr. has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit management with expertise in program conceptualization and developing community outreach curriculum. Additionally Mr. Logan is the innovator of a new life coaching model called “Culture Based Transformative Coaching” (CBTC).
Mr. Logan has coached and mentored more than 300 clients in individual. group. and family settings as principal consultant at 3R’s Consulting Services. as Program and Executive Director of Vision Youthz. and currently with Village-Connect. CBTC is a life-coaching intervention model which employs moti vational interviewing and aggressive outreach/engagement with client’s support system which may not be recognized. CBTC is rooted in developing cultural and communal awareness as a means to make change more relevant and promising for clients.
Mr. Logan’s vision for Village-Connect integrates the success of coaching with an understanding of the importance of culture. identity. and community peer networking.
